A transformative 2-hour workshop for women and queer individuals navigating identity transitions and complex loss. "Grieving Who We Were" creates space to honor both the grief of letting go and the celebration of becoming who you're meant to be. Most grief support focuses on one specific loss, but life is messier - you're processing career changes AND family healing AND relationship shifts simultaneously.
Through gentle somatic practices, breathwork, and mind-body-gut connection work, participants explore how to hold contradictory emotions during major life changes. This intimate gathering provides
community witnessing for your whole story, including the parts that don't fit neat categories. Limited to 15 participants to ensure authentic sharing and deep connection.
Participants should bring:
