In a world that demands we simplify ourselves, this workshop creates space for your whole, complex being. Through gentle somatic practices, emotional regulation tools, and authentic connection, participants discover practical strategies for embracing their multifaceted identities. "Preserve a Piece of Your Life"

Learn how to utilize epoxy resin, to preserve a small token special to you. We'll use seashells as our "mold" and we'll transform them into pendants. I'll also bring enough dried flowers and kelp anyone can use as accents or centerpieces! If you don't have a small momento to preserve, don't worry, as I'll have plenty of natural supplies you can use. I'll have enough shells to do multiple pendants.

The resin will take 24 hrs to cure, and you'll have to pick up at a later date, or we can wrap them carefully to bring home the same day.

What to Bring:

• A small token that can fit in a mussel shell.
