Intro to Cyanotyping - Sat, 5/2
Learn the basic science behind cyanotype print-making; a camera-less photographic printing process, and leave with an archive quality print of your making.
The workshop will include an oral history of the process and its' uses, mixing chemistry, learning through test exposures, the creation of a cyanotype on archival paper, and basic toning techniques.
You are free to bring your own negatives or physical items that you'd like to experiment printing with. There will also be a selection provided at the workshop.
