How to Draw : Fundamentals - Drapery & Texture - Mon Nov 17th

from $55.00

Warm up your creativity this winter with our 4 class Drawing Fundamentals series, designed for artists of all levels. Explore foundational techniques including head and hand studies, still life, drapery, perspective, and figure drawing.

Each session blends guided instruction with hands-on practice, helping you build confidence, refine observation, and expand your artistic toolkit. Whether you’re new to drawing or looking to strengthen your skills, this series offers a supportive space to nurture your creative voice.

First Class: Drapery & Texture

Final Class: Head & Hands

In this class we explore how fabric moves, folds, and describes form. Students will study drapery over geometric solids and organic shapes to understand how light, gravity, and structure affect cloth. Emphasis is placed on simplifying complex folds into clear shapes and value patterns that enhance the realism and rhythm of a drawing.

Pricing: $105 for the 2 Part Series - Drapery, Head and Hands.

$55 per individual drop-in.

7pm.

Led by Jake Fabian.

Please note: Cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop cannot be refunded or rescheduled, as our teachers and team prepare materials and supplies specifically for each participant. Thank you for your understanding.
