Flower Study + Frequencies is a slow, sensory afternoon designed to welcome spring through sound, color, and connection to what’s growing around us.
We’ll begin with a gentle sound bath, using calming frequencies to settle the nervous system and soften the mind. From there, we’ll move into a guided watercolor flower study using blooms from the community garden, observing them not just as subjects to paint, but as living forms to learn from. We’ll explore their shapes, scents, energy, and the quiet intelligence of nature.
This is an invitation to listen, to slow down, and to let the flowers speak to you.
Each participant will leave with their own watercolor painting and the flower they chose to study. No prior watercolor experience is needed! just curiosity, presence, and a willingness to slow down. All materials will be provided.
