Flower Study + Frequencies is a slow, sensory afternoon to welcome spring guided by sound, color, and what’s currently growing around us. <3
We’ll begin with a sound bath using gentle frequencies to settle the nervous system and soften the mind. From there, we’ll move into a watercolor flower study using blooms from the community garden, observing them not just as something to paint, but the flowers themselves as something to learn from ~ their shapes, scents, energy, and quiet intelligence of nature ~
Join us for an evening of listening, letting beautiful flowers speak to you. You'll leave with your own watercolor painting, and you can bring home the flower you choose to paint.
No watercolor experience needed. Just curiosity, presence, and a willingness to slow down. All materials provided!
