This class is designed to feel approachable, fluid, and supportive, moving through hatha and vinyasa sequences, a little kundalini here and there, and finishing with a longer, relaxing savasana to fully drop in and integrate.

After practice, you’ll receive a thoughtf\ully curated goodie bag as a little gift to take the experience home with you.

From there, we’ll shift into a fun creative session where you can use a variety of materials including collage, painting, and mixed media. You can create a handmade card, add to your journal, make a bookmark, or simply explore materials freely without pressure or expectation! a chance to truly shut your brain off and just enjoy the morning.

Throughout the experience, you can get as many coffees as you'd like - try out everything on the menu if you feel like it!

This is a space to slow down, create, move, and reconnect! no experience needed in yoga or art, just a willingness to show up as you are.
