Dear Tomorrow, is committed to fostering a creative community that reflects a wide range of experiences. We especially encourage applications from artists whose voices have historically been underrepresented in the arts.

Resident Receives:

Dedicated studio + materials stipend for creating new work.

Mentorship and consultation with Dear Tomorrow’s founder.

Business, marketing, and social media guidance.

Professional documentation (photo + video) of your work.

Connection to local arts organizations.

North County train pass for easy regional access, if needed.

Requirements:

Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Must be able to complete projected work within the 90-day residency timeline.

Must be available to attend and show body of work in the final exhibition on July 24th.

Must be open to sharing aspects of their process publicly through social media, studio visits, and documentation.

Must be able to commute to Dear Tomorrow, regularly during the residency.
